HEXA TV / AUSTRALIA
A one-month IPTV term can limit the initial commitment while you assess a device, catalogue and household routine. It is not automatically a trial, and the exact start, expiry and renewal rules still matter.

Use a month to evaluate something specific: whether the supported app suits an older lounge TV, whether evening playback works at the TV position or whether the proposed catalogue adds value beyond existing Australian broadcaster apps.
Set a review date before the term ends. Without a defined question, a short subscription can simply become a sequence of repeated payments without a clear value decision.
The one-month totals are €8.99, €14.99, €19.99 and €24.99 for one to four simultaneous streams. Payment is in euros, not Australian dollars. Your bank may apply conversion or fees.
A future quote must state the actual currency, total and start date. Include a player-app fee separately if the chosen software charges one.
Use the actual TV, ordinary NBN or other connection and the household's viewing hours. Include another permitted session if simultaneous viewing is a requirement. Note the local timezone when recording a fault.
Before extending, check whether the longer plan starts immediately or adds to the existing term. Ask what happens to the account and favourites. No carry-over credit, pause or upgrade rule is assumed.
Choose one question that would change the household's decision: whether the player works on a particular television, whether an essential programme is actually available, or whether simultaneous viewing is needed. Write the question before selecting a term.
Prepare the supported app and device first so the subscription period is not consumed by an avoidable compatibility problem. Ask when access begins and how expiry is calculated. Do not assume first playback starts the clock or that delayed installation pauses it.
Test on the television, connection and ordinary hours that represent normal use. A successful mobile demonstration does not answer whether the bedroom TV has sufficient Wi-Fi coverage or whether an older device supports the necessary player.
Include the household's practical tasks: opening favourites, finding the guide, selecting subtitles and returning to another app. Keep official broadcaster services available as a comparison. An additional account should have an understood benefit rather than simply duplicating existing viewing.
A player licence or streaming box may cost more than the short content term. Keep the actual quote for each item and identify whether it will remain useful if the subscription is not renewed.
Do not spread a hardware price across an imagined year of use and present the result as a current monthly subscription charge. Show the upfront payment separately. The displayed EUR subscription price does not include a locally quoted device bundle.
Use a few dated notes instead of an invented quality score. Record the source, app, device, local time and what happened. If a fault is important, perform one controlled comparison and retain the result.
Ask whether the trial or short-term account is equivalent to the longer plan you might consider. A successful limited catalogue does not establish all future channels or events. If the essential question remains unanswered, record that as a reason to investigate before increasing the commitment.
These are fields to complete with actual observations, not sample service-performance results.
| Question | Evidence | Possible next action |
|---|---|---|
| Does the main TV support the app? | Exact-model listing and setup result | Resolve compatibility first |
| Does the account add needed viewing? | Dated essentials-list answers | Compare with official alternatives |
| How many sessions overlap? | Ordinary household schedule | Choose the correct allowance |
| Does the room connection work? | Same-device wired/Wi-Fi comparison | Investigate the local path |
| Is the next term affordable? | Actual currency and full quote | Accept or decline the new commitment |
A move from one month to an annual plan can involve a new start date, account or total. Ask whether remaining time carries over and whether any credit is explicitly offered. Do not derive the payment by subtracting one displayed plan total from another.
Keep the answer and non-secret order reference. Private credentials do not belong in the comparison sheet. Selecting another plan does not itself extend an existing account; confirm the renewal arrangement and verify the payment status.
Choosing not to renew can be an informed outcome. The evaluation may show that the device is awkward, an essential source is missing or the household already uses another route for most viewing.
Preserve the relevant result and remove obsolete account access through supported controls when appropriate. That record can help with a later decision without claiming the observed month predicts the behaviour of every other service.
FAQ
Practical answers before you choose.
Not necessarily. A term length and a renewal mechanism are separate. Read the actual offer before agreeing to either.
